To begin the returns process, please email us at kyshoes2020@outlook.com with your order number, and photos of your product(s) you wish to return to us.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your kyshoes.com order, we offer a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure your return meets the following standards:
- The product is in its original state and packaging
- The bag has the original tags attached
- You will be responsible for the return costs
- We are unable to return&exchange merchandise obtained from a retailer other than kyshoes.com. Please return&exchange the product to the original retailer.
- If the product is damaged within one year , we will resend it for 100% free charge.

- Go to your Order History
- View the order you wish to return and select Return Items or Exchange
- Select the product to return, the return reason, and the payment method for your refund
- If Exchanging, select the product to exchange and your new size
